About Flynn
I am Flynn Richards, an enthusiastic and dedicated secondary school teacher with four years of experience teaching Science and Mathematics. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching from the University of Waikato and have completed supervised professional experience across a range of schools. In my teaching practice, I am passionate about fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning, while creating inclusive and supportive environments where students feel confident to succeed. My approach to teaching blends strong subject knowledge with creativity, clear communication, and adaptability. I value collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community, recognizing that strong relationships are central to student growth and achievement.
