About Nikita
Hello! I'm Nikita. I've always been passionate about languages, so much so that I'm now doing a 4 year degree in Japanese and Chinese! I grew up exposed to different languages and cultures, as I have french family, so, along with my 7 year experience in learning Mandarin, have been brought up speaking some french. As a young student, sometimes its hard to find jobs that suit my passions, which is why I think this will be such an amazing opportunity for me, as it will give me a chance to share my passion and inspire young students. I ultimately believe the world needs more foreign language teachers, as linguistic skills are crucial for the future.

I plan to provide in depth language tutoring including speaking sessions, pronunciation practise, character writing and listening and reading activities. I 'll aim to prioritise the areas that my students struggle with the most. Although I will mostly follow whatever curriculum my students may be using to pass their exams, I'm happy to explore additional vocab that's rarely taught in schools such as certain colloquialisms, etc, as I believe this is important for overall language fluency. I am happy to teach anyone from primary school standard to A level standard. My lessons are a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two hours, depending on the student's preference.
