About Bethan
I am a current University of Sheffield History student who has achieved firsts and 2:1s throughout. My knowledge base is particularly in modern British history, including political history. Additionally, I work as a student ambassador, helping students from primary school age to A Level explore their options and realise their potential to achieve at university level. On top of this I volunteer at a local primary school. As such, I have a wealth of experience in engaging students and always endeavor tailor lessons to their needs and strengths, ensuring that they have a good understanding.

I predominantly work as an online tutor, as to offer flexibility to students. I like to tailor lessons to what students need, focusing on particular themes or aspects of the curriculum they may struggle with. Occasionally, if the student struggles with certain skills (such as historical analytical writing or research) I may set tasks that I will mark and provide feedback on as to help evaluate where the student currently stands and help them to develop these key skills.
