About Renju
I'm a seasoned professional with more than seven years of experience in the domain of verbal training for higher-level national and international standardized tests and competitive exams such as CAT, SAT, GRE, GMAT etc. I am an engineer by training, an educator by passion and choice. I'm a former faculty at TIME Pvt LTD where I was onboard the Academic Associates Team. I have worked with many leading training institutes across the country. I have experience spanning 7+ years. I have trained over 20000 students so far for various higher-level national and international competitive exams such as the GRE, GMAT, CAT, and SAT. I'm also experienced at developing high-quality top-notch content for various test prep. I have been mentoring students for various tests in verbal reasoning in a way that is focused upon conceptual clarity. I have been mentoring students for GMAT in a way that is focused upon conceptual clarity. It's more of a scientific approach to problem-solving rather than a mere learning of methods. Against the popular belief that the English language is just 'read and by-heart', I underscore the truth that verbal reasoning tests are far more scientific in analyzing a student's capacity to learn new things. We use meticulously designed PPTs for our sessions and also make use of various web-based learning platforms.

Perfect! Background about me: Indian, Engineer, Male and struggling with Verbal :P
I was recommended to engage with a personal tutor because that seemed the best way to improve score in the shortest time.
I had come across Renju sir on the Superprof platform along with a few others. I had booked a demo with Renju sir and his 1st session really explained his methodology of looking at fundamentals rather than providing short cuts.
I had booked a demo with other tutors as well and found Renju sir’s methodology unique and concise. Renji sir was kind enough to give 2 demo session on different topics since i was a little particular about how he would cover different topics.
All 3 topics - SC , RC, CR were daunting for me when I had begun. But regular sessions with Renju sir simplified this big black box for me and made it in a ingestible manner. He really took interest in my progress and involved himself in solving doubts and specific doubt discussions. He was flexible with his time and very very prompt on messages.
I totally recommend him for anyone who is looking for a personal tutor. Even though his classes have concluded, he is open to conducting doubt sessions which is something that i really like about him. He not transactional at all and really understands the pulse of what GMAT would test for.

He is knowledgeable and strategic in teaching. His teaching is so easy to understand and apply what he has thought. He teaches in a way that is standard and well structured. He ensures and checks whether the student has understood or not and if not understood then he is willing to spend extra time, even after completing the course, to make the student understand the topics. He is available for doubts or anything even after completing the course. Apart from all these, The fee is also reasonable.
After his teaching, I had became confident to increase my score and my score got increased in the real test. I am very much satisfied and will recommend to anyone and say that It is worthy to hire him for teaching.I had joined Mr. Renju's class for GRE verbal. My GRE verbal score improved from 141 to 149 after getting trained by sir. Sir clears each and every doubt with patience. Tells us how to approach a question. Even class timings are flexible which was to my advantage.
Renju is undoubtedly one of the best GMAT guiders out there. He has thorough knowledge about the courses undertaken and will provide one with best guidance needed to ace the GMAT exam. He has a great personality and is always willing to help. His lectures are very well structured and informative. He makes class interesting and exciting. He made us feel comfortable to approach him with questions.
He will continue to explain things with the help of various examples until you understand the information. One of the best teacher ever!He doesn't take classes just for the sake of it, he's deeply committed to each student. He works with the student to help them start from any learning level.
