About Yerika
I have been a crisis counselor for over a year. I have helped hundreds of individuals struggling with mental illnesses and substance abuse find ways to cope with their distress with empathy and affirmations. I have a bachelor of science degree in psychology and I get inspiration from positive psychology and neuroscience in my practice.
