About Ms
I am Ms. Williams, a creative and experienced science educator with over six years of teaching and youth development experience. Through my work with NerdDNA and in New York City schools, I’ve designed and led hands-on, project-based lessons in physical science, hydroponics, sustainability, and nutrition. My background includes supporting diverse learners, including students with IEPs and special needs, through inclusive, multisensory approaches that make science accessible and engaging for everyone. What inspires my teaching is helping students connect science to their everyday lives — whether through building a hydroponic system, exploring plant growth, or understanding nutrition and food equity. I am committed to building confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every scholar I teach.
