I cannot recommend Laurel too highly. Laurel has a previous background as a science teacher in school. She tutored my son for GCSE biology, chemistry, and physics. I was seriously impressed with her tutoring. She deployed various strategies to make the lessons interesting and engaging. For example, she worked with my son to identify his areas of weakness and strength, adapting her teaching week by week to get the best out of their sessions.

Laurel used a range of interactive materials in teaching, such as interactive slide decks covering topics like cell formation and the immune system, short videos, and annotating diagrams on past exam papers. She also taught my son the best language to use to meet the marking criteria.

Although she tutored my son for GCSE, I know other parents who have used her for A-level Biology and have been equally happy. In short, I highly recommend Laurel Armstrong. You definitely won't be disappointed.
