About Julie
I am a previous science teacher from Melbourne, who has left the main school industry in order to provide more individual catered work, specifically for disabled school leavers. I felt like I have more of an impact to help a student who genuinely wants to learn one on one, where I can provide more time and energy to cater to your individual needs.
I love helping students as the self confidence you can get once your start seeing academic improvement is second to none and truly will make a difference in your high school journey. Seeing students get the help they need so they feel like they can achieve anything is very gratifying.

The most important would be the first lesson where we establish all your needs and struggle areas.
I work on student centered approach, with scaffolded plans, explicit teaching and worked examples.
A typical tutoring session would run for an hour, and would mainly cater for students years 7-10, unless you are VCE environmental science or biology.
