My first step in Teaching is to make the student believe in himself and make him confident and make him realise that he can do it, the second step is to work on my student's weakness,and make the student understand the relevant topics/subjects/chapters or the theory part by giving practical examples.I believe every student has some hidden spark in them it's our job as a teacher to recognise them and work on it.
