About Isadora
I seek to teach by exploring the possibilities of experiences that value meaningful and integrative approaches, as well as dynamic and creative. Through the tutoring classes, I try to collaborate with the child's performance at school, to awaken the child's interest and autonomy in relation to learning. My name is Isadora Fortes, I'm 21 years old and for the past four years I've been dedicating myself to the Social Sciences Course at the University of Brasília. During this journey, by immersing myself in the academic universe and entering into different approaches and notations about the living organism that is society, science and its multiplicities, pedagogy enchanted me by illuminating a libertarian perspective on educating as a new way of learning, living , exchange, respect and listen. This form unfolds in processes both related to the way of dealing intimately with what is personal but also externally with what is social, affective and in the field of exchanges. Thinking and co-creating education as an autonomous process, which takes into account the significance and specificities of each individual involved within this web of exchanges, aroused my awareness that recognizing individuals capable of creating, thinking and expressing themselves with autonomy was the way to a transformation greater than I have long desired and every day more: to live in a society in which people are able to understand with respect and otherness the life and convictions of those around us.

I am a graduate student in Social Sciences at the University of Brasilia, and I am concluding the degree in Social Sciences, which adds pedagogical aspects that are very important for the exchange that is teaching. After working 2 years as a babysitter, involving myself closely in the development of children, I now also address learning processes through reinforcement and private lessons, valuing methodologies that respect the time and uniqueness of each student.
