I am a former elementary teacher and principal that has worked in schools of various sizes. I have coached several staff members to leadership positions in education. I have lead school wide change by leading a school to focus on STEM for all students.

This is done through conversations and exploring opportunities in the profession together by finding others who are doing the job you want to do and also by exploring other opportunities that are similar.
