About Ayodele
My teaching approach is entirely student-centered, tailored to how each individual processes knowledge. That’s why our first free session will focus on understanding your unique learning style - how you absorb information, what motivates you, and what challenges you face. This will help us design a teaching plan specifically suited to your needs. Your learning plan will be customized based on your pace, style, prior knowledge, interests, and skills. We’ll use advanced techniques and methods, including memory-boosting strategies, spaced repetition, on-the-spot mnemonics, visual and auditory learning, flashcards, games, culturally inclusive practices, problem-solving exercises, flipped classrooms, mind mapping, SCALM, and more. As I always remind my students, if you’re struggling to understand something, it’s not your fault - it’s about finding the right way to learn. You can’t expect 30 students to grasp the same information in the exact same way! Everyone learns differently, and together we’ll uncover what works best for you.
