About Vanessa
In my classes I will always try to develop a lot the technique behind the execution of the movements.
So, we will work a lot on the concepts of weight transfer, use of the base leg, conscious movement, body fit (scapulas, center of the body, hips), seeking to develop a lot of body awareness.
I also try to work the sensitivity for both drivers and drivers.
Come and see my work.
Classes aimed mainly at beginners or those who want to improve their base and develop their dance.
Don't waste time :)

Perfect! A Vanessa é super simpática, didática e paciente com alunos iniciantes.
Perfect!
