About Samuel
As someone who grew up in a multicultural family, I’ve always been fascinated by languages and cultures. I graduated with a 2:1 in Languages from the University of Ferrara, completing my degree two years early with honours in French, English, Italian, and Spanish. I completed a teaching internship at an English school in Italy and have now been giving private language lessons for eight years, helping students of all ages and levels gain confidence and fluency.
I have also been teaching languages in secondary schools for four years in MFL roles, covering French and Spanish. In addition, I work with AI and language technologies, including localization and machine translation, which gives me a unique perspective on language learning and practical usage.

Unless you need to focus on specific exam preparation, such as GCSE or A-Level, lessons are usually based on native-level conversation (slow or fast depending on your level), integrating grammar and vocabulary naturally. We can also discuss fascinating topics such as current events, French culture & literature, or your own passions and hobbies.

He was super nice to me, I think I found a new friend more than a tutor.
I took some french lessons with Samuel, trying to improve this language. The time that I spent with him was productive and funny, he is such a good and friendly person, the right combination to learn a new language without getting bored. Goof job Samuel!
