I'm a Director of Sales for a SaaS Tech Company in Toronto. I have 5.5 years of experience in Sales where I have managed to work my way from an entry-level position to a Director for a 500 person company.

I have a passion for coaching and investing in other's professional development to increase confidence, communication skills to land careers that are meaningful and motivating.

About the lesson

My coaching philosophies are conversational and consultative. I start by understand your objectives, your challenges/hurdles/mental blocks which will build a roadmap off of. The roadmap will be designed in a way to support in your immediate endeavours as well as build a foundation to drive your ongoing growth & development.

Sessions Agenda's will be set using various coaching techniques; some of which will include:
-Learn & Practice (mock scenarios & conversations)
-Working & Review (i.e. Resume Building)
-Goal Setting (provide templates & examples)
