About Andrea
I earned an Associate's in Graphic Communication and had my artworks featured in student shows in high school, college, and at Sacramento State. I have taken graphic design/art courses, an art education course, and a new media art class, and can use what I have learned in tutoring sessions.

I can teach how to draw cartoons, anime, and realistically and help students develop their style.
I will sincerely critique those who show me their artwork and give advice for improvement. For example, "It seems you need to work on line smoothness in this drawing."
I will also teach basic art concepts in age-appropriate lessons ( I have given art sessions to elementary students, and I am currently mentoring college students).
Students will be taught the following:
-- creating space
--shading
--coloring
--drawing emotions
--tools to practice posing and proportion
--how to be inspired
--the dos and don't of character design
--emphasis, thumbnailing, and composition

She helped me with my college essays.
She read and revised my drafts with me. She also looked over the prompt and rubric to see if my writing met the proper requirements.
I would recommend her for a variety of writing needs.
She also guided me in my understanding of symbolism and other literary elements in various works of literature.I noticed that her artwork shows expression and imagination, especially when it came to displaying the emotions of her fictional characters. I also think she genuinely cares for children getting the most out of their education.
