Yoga is my passion..... Being a full time professional, i teach Yoga for passion in the mornings and weekends .... with the aim of spreading the wellness to the larger circle.... My friends and colleagues find me energetic and I want to teach each and everyone how to energize ourself by practicing Yoga regularly.

My teaching sequence is as follows:
Prayer for positivity,
Pranayamas for improving our respiratory and nervous system, Warmup to prepare for Yoga,
Surya namaskar,
Asanas for gaining Musculo-skeletal strength and flexibility.... followed by relaxation by Yoganidra.
Classes are prepared carefully based on the health condition of the individual and therapy sessions are given individually.
Weightloss Yoga includes gradually increasing intensity and diet plans side-by-side to make it a sustainable weightloss.
Relaxation and Yoganidra, with positive affirmations to increase the mental strength.
