About Riva
I am a RYS certified yoga coach with a deep love of yoga practice. I bring a calm and supportive energy to every practice. My mission is to share the beautiful connection between body and mind that yoga has given me—to help students tap into stillness, find inner peace, and live a balanced life. I focus on cultivating deep awareness, encouraging students to listen to their bodies as their greatest tool for healing. My goal is for every student to experience a full mind-body connection that supports long-term well-being.

As a Certified Yoga Coach, I guide students through personalized practices that blend mindful movement with mind-body awareness. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you're a complete beginner, returning to yoga, or seeking stress relief, strength, or flexibility. My teaching style is supportive, grounded, and adaptive to all body types and levels. A typical lesson includes a gentle warm-up, a sequence of postures, and breath awareness to help you feel centered and empowered. I aim to create a safe, encouraging space where you can build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body—at your own pace. What sets my approach apart is my focus on functional movement and long-term well-being—not just physical poses. These lessons are ideal for adults and adolescents of all experience levels, including those with limited mobility, high stress, or anyone looking for gentle yet effective yoga.
