About Alicia
Mexican, Sociologist, Thetahealer and Yoga practitioner since 2011. My training touches broad spectrum of Hatha: from Vinyasa to Yin. I have more than 500 certified hours in Yoga Alliance and 4 years of experience as an instructor during which I have had the opportunity to witness the benefits of this magnificent medicine that some of us call "Asana Tech".

Alicia es una excelente maestra de yoga para todos los niveles, tiene una energía maravillosa y genera una paz y armonía en el grupo increíble.
Con mi lesión de espalda me ayudo a adaptar las posturas y en muy pocas clases pude notar el progreso.

Es la mejor maestra de yoga que he tenido, siempre tuve una conexión muy especial con su forma de dar la clase para mi va entendiendo lo que necesita cada uno. Transmite muchísima paz , y cada oración que dice es especial.
