About Laura
I’m Laura, I started running at 32 I was overweight and unhappy so I decided it was time for a change. I was 19 stone and felt uncomfortable in myself so I started running and the gym and could see the benefits of training not only physically but mentally too. It didn’t happen overnight but I have been on the journey and I know how hard it is but that’s why I would love to help you.

We will be working 1-1 on the basics of your running technique and gait to see how we can look to improve and gain your confidence and build strength and look to make you run faster for your next goal or race. Sessions should always be fun but get the session done. will also send you a plan just for you and you can ask any questions along the way.
