I’ve known Charlie since we were 13 years old. Our paths drifted apart when we left school. Skip forward 14 years and we meet again but in a slightly different capacity - on the mat!

Having known Charlie and followed his journey into yoga and onwards I knew I could trust him when it came to finding a guide, teacher, trainer, or guru to help me do my work.

Charlie merges the esoteric and the physical in a very straightforward manner but without oversimplifying it. He applies his knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy in a very practical way; early on he noticed nuances in my posture and form and gave me the tools I needed to begin correcting my misalignments.

He watches and listens from his heart. His diligence and commitment to his craft and his clients is unique, he’s interested, dedicated, and caring.
