Technical clarity simplifies the design process because software is rarely intuitive for beginners. My 6 years of experience in architecture firms taught me that efficient documentation saves the most time. I earned my B.Arch from the University of Maryland and now manage my own structured approach.

I handle MEP systems overview, linked models and coordination, project templates and standards, phasing and design options, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings, levels and grids, schedules and quantities.
