My teaching technique is a mix of both the traditional blackboard and chalk method and the modern power point presentation method. I have experience of teaching students from varied backgrounds and bring them to the common base of knowledge required to pursue higher studies in economics particularly and international trade specifically. My doctoral dissertation has been a work on international trade but over the years I have taught several papers ranging from natural resource economics to environmental economics to development economics. I prefer to have students from the post graduate level and doctoral level, preferably with a mathematical and statistical background. However, I am open to teaching students from the undergraduate level also, preferably in their final years or 2nd year and who have taken mathematics and statistics as a subsidiary or a complementary paper in their undergraduate tenure.

Details
I would prefer to charge a higher fee for students from the undergraduate level which would amount to Rs. 1500/- per hour. In addition, I will charge 25% of the fee in event of cancellation of the class due to the inability of a student to attend a lecture. In event, I cancel the class, I shall reduce the fee by 25% for the next class only.
