About Sreeraj
Hi, I am Sreeraj Nair, I am a REPS INDIA Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Human Performance Nutrition Specialist.
I am an engineer turned fitness entrepreneur who strongly believes that its never too late to start living a healthy life. My fitness journey started with me joining sports nutrition course of which the intention was mainly to improve my health. I had health issues since I was a child and even before I turned 30 my bones had already undergone degenerative changes due to prolonged desk job.
So before recommending diets and taking clients I decided to test run this course of action on myself. Not only did I start losing weight in a month but also felt stronger in my muscles and lighter with my body. I am pleasantly surprised by the way my body has transformed.
