First of all when I start teaching,I usually pay attention to the way students react to words and characters in chinese language because it will give me a clear view of the student's IQ.Secondly,I group my students (in order to make the class competitive).Lastly ,I constantly carry out a discussion class because it will help me know how much the students have learnt so far.
