I was a shy person for a long time and could not stand up for myself or speak with confidence to a gathering.
An extramural course in Method Acting opened up the world. I learned how to use the diaphragm muscle to regulate my breathing and to appear relaxed even when shivering inside,
Now I could share my years of learning with others. I could interview with confidence on my reporting job with a publication.
