My classes weave together anatomy, Universal Principles of Alignment, and timeless stories from Indian mythology, guiding you toward strength, stillness, and self-discovery. Hatha-Vinyasa classes includes meditation, breathwork, postures, based around spiritual themes. Everything in my class is an invitation and not an obligation. The main goal for the classes is focusing on the overall well-being by this practice of yoga and to re-establish the mind-body connection in this fast moving world. Classes will be all level, everyone is welcome.
