About Sharika
I am a registered Wellness Counsellor with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (Reg No. WC22/1431), providing coaching and counselling in accordance with South African Law. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and 7 years of experience, I have assisted individuals, couples, groups, and employees through various life struggles, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, marriage, relationships, stress, and more. My background includes working in the trauma department at an emergency services company and with a Clinical Psychologist. I stay updated on the latest in health and wellness and am proficient in both English and Afrikaans. I am empathetic, patient, and friendly, and dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
