I’m a registered nutrition professional (RNutr, Nutrition Society of Australia) with a strong background in public health education, holding a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Nutrition. I’m passionate about empowering people to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to achieve lasting results—whether it's acing exams or making sustainable lifestyle changes. I make sure each lesson is tailored to meet the unique needs and learning styles of the student!
Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes. During which, I focus on creating an interactive and engaging learning experience that makes complex nutrition concepts easy to understand and enjoyable. By breaking down challenging topics into simple, relatable language, I ensure that every student feels confident and is empowered by knowledge!
With extensive experience in nutrition and public health education—from community outreach programs to one-on-one coaching across the globe—I have worked with diverse populations and a wide range of needs.
My lessons are suitable for students of all ages, whether you're a school student just starting your nutrition education or an older adult looking to improve your health and well-being.
