About Sagan
I know the struggle of “select all that apply” and studying for exams. I understand that there is the real-life way to do things, and the NCLEX way. I started my nursing career working in the step-down unit. I followed it with the ICU and then led myself to home care and pediatric special needs. I fell in love with pediatrics and clinical research. My heart belongs to both. The clinical setting was not for me, and I now work in a remote clinical research coordinator/medical review position. Nursing school is not easy, but I want to support those and encourage them for the future!

I graduated from Cedar Creat College, with my BSN, in 2011. I’ve been practicing and clinical, non-clinical, and remote setting for over 15 years. I’ve worked in various settings, such as the ICU, step down, family, practice, pediatric home care, special needs pediatrics, Clinical research, and school nursing. I have a wonderful husband and son. We have two Lab’s, I absolutely love dogs! I understand how difficult nursing school can be – and I want to be a support for those who need! I had a tutor when I was in nursing school, and it greatly benefited me.
