I have a Bachelor of Psychology degree. I have been giving private sessions to people who needed basic coping skills and stress or anger management techniques especially during the covid-19 pandemic the country has been facing. Also offering life and personal coaching

My teaching method is... you come with your goals that you'd like to achieve from the classes... from there we work out a plan together that will help to achieve those goals. We also work out a schedule suitable for both of us
