About Emma
My name is Emma Barwise. I have had a successful career in Human Resource Management and Property Development. When I got divorced, I had to change career, and as someone who practised Yoga from the age of 18 and Pilates since having my first child, Pilates was something that came very naturally and something I believe in and feel passionately about. Given my background in physiotherapy and sports massage therapy, as well as being a fully qualified Yoga teacher, I am able to teach anyone at any level to become a stronger and more confident version of themselves.

I have over 15 years' experience in teaching Pilates, six years in teaching reformer Pilates. I am also a fully qualified Yoga teacher, Barre teacher and sports massage therapist, and private clients tend to be committed beginners or busy professionals looking to work out at times that suit them.
