About Ira
Holding a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music, I spend most days questioning why we overcomplicate the simple art of songwriting. My 4 years in this industry revolve around the magic of catching a fleeting idea and turning it into a finished track. Helping working musicians, content creators, and career switchers find their voice remains the core of what I do.
Even complete beginners often arrive with hidden talents that just need a little bit of focus to truly shine. I handle the heavy lifting of melody writing and rhyme schemes while keeping the creative momentum moving forward. My work spans pop, country, folk, and R&B styles to ensure your specific vision stays intact throughout the entire process.

Songwriting is simply the art of turning a spark into a finished record. 4 years of teaching have taught me that clear direction makes the biggest difference in a track.
You will receive detailed feedback on your own tracks every week to ensure your progress never stalls. We will break down genre conventions to help you understand why certain songs capture our ears so easily. My focus involves editing and rewriting your lyrics while teaching you how to use meter to your advantage. We will examine point of view and perspective to make sure your storytelling hits home with your intended audience.
Developing harmony basics and melodic phrasing allows us to transform a basic tune into something unforgettable. Building dynamics across a song is the secret to keeping your listeners engaged from the first beat to the final fade out. You will walk away with the tools to finish your projects with confidence.
