About Michael
About Me When I was at the Kiski School, an all-male private boarding school, an older friend introduced me to Zen meditation, which I've depended on through my life experiences. Following graduation from The Citadel Military College and enlisting with the Army Infantry, I completed officer training and deployed to Baghdad, Iraq. A few years after being honorably discharged from the military, I did government contract work in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa. I've worked in corporate security and counseled inmates at a private corrections facility. Currently, I'm serving with the Georgia State Defense Force, a volunteer component of the GA Department of Defense, where I have the opportunity to serve the community in uniform and assist with military professional development training. Following my experiences, I decided that offering wellness services was the most meaningful work. While completing a master's degree, I became a yoga teacher, a health coach, and I've been working as a licensed massage therapist since 2011. I recently completed my second master's degree and am working toward a doctorate degree in leadership. I hope that from my experience, I'm able to offer something of value, and I invite you to take the next step in your journey of well-being.

What is coaching?
In one-on-one coaching, the coach partners with the client to support them in meeting their goals. These goals are often related to reducing stress and creating a better work-life balance.
