About Julia
I am a recent MSc graduate (Environmental Protection and Management at the University of Edinburgh) with a strong background in all sciences related to biology (BSc in Biology). In my undergraduate degree I focused on Ecology and Botany but also covered Genetics, Microbiology, Cellular Biology etc. in detail. My MSc focussed on environmental issues in a social context covering a wide range of topics including wind energy, waste management and environmental impact assessments.
During my undergraduate I worked as a teaching assistant in seminars on Zoology and Botany. Additionally, I volunteered as a tutor for first semester students helping with exam preparation among other things.
