About Ismaeel
I am a History graduate with experience tutoring students and ensuring that they each student is able to maximise their potential. Since 2016, I have worked through my sixth form's mentoring programme, to successfully help multiple students gain entry into Russell Group Universities. I have also volunteered at a local primary school, working with Key Stage 2 students in core subjects including English and Maths. I also worked closely alongside my brother during his sixth form studies, helping him to gain entry into all of his university choices, including UCL, and achieve A*A*A at A-level.

I believe that each student has a unique set of strengths and thus employ a tailored approach to my lessons. I aim to identify the main areas of improvement and focus on developing these throughout our lessons. I also account for the personal goals and targets of each individual student and work together with them to formulate an effective plan. My goal is that ultimately, each one of my students will develop their skillset to the point that they will be self-sufficient, and no longer require tuition services.
