• When did you start practicing?

  My journey began at 14 with a simple sketch of a banana pepper. My instructors quickly noticed my natural talent for form and light, which turned a curious hobby into a professional passion for both traditional and digital art.

• Which artists or works affect you the most?

  I’m inspired by artists who balance emotion with form. I follow masters of portraiture, abstract expressionism, and digital illustration, while blending the textures of collage with the technical precision of serigraphy.

• What are the qualities and skills required to succeed?

  You need patience and unwavering determination to master fundamentals like charcoal or oils. You must never sacrifice your artistic purpose for the sake of a quick result; true mastery comes from honoring the process.

• Most valuable advice to help someone stay focused?

  Self-awareness is key. Be brutally honest about why you are making a specific artistic choice. When you understand your purpose, the discipline to manage the creative process follows naturally.

• How does your passion make you feel?

  It’s a state of "flow" where time disappears. Whether using a brush or a digital stylus, it’s a meditative process of transforming an internal feeling into a visible, meaningful image.

• What creative achievements are you proud of?

  I am proud of bridging the gap between traditional and digital art. My goal is to create an "inner encounter" where the artwork acts as a mirror, allowing the viewer to confront their own emotions.

• Have you ever been surprised by a student?

  I love the moment a student realizes art is 90% observation. Seeing them successfully apply a classical drawing technique to a digital project for the first time is incredibly rewarding.

• Being a Superprof is an art! What is your secret?

  Versatility. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method. I analyze each student's unique potential and build a bridge between their imagination and the technical skills they need to express it.
