About Alice
I am originally from San Francisco, moved to Tahoe where I graduated high school having already completed my college general ed requirements for English and math. I then went to Florence, Italy for the summer and did lots of fashion writing for a Trend Forecasting program. Then I moved to Savannah, GA (where I currently am) and went to SCAD for fibers (fine art), where I wrote tons and tons of history papers and research papers on art history and myself as an artist and artists that inspire me.

I believe in letting the student try something before I immediately step in. From there, teach the student the tools and techniques to solve the problem, from context clues to simply learning the rules to sound out a word.
I don't believe in getting frustrated or shaming the student, everyone moves at a different pace and it's my job to figure out what will make the information click in their mind.
I teach anyone from elementary school to college.
