About Ria
I am having honour of teaching special children I realised that such students need special care and a teacher who can understand their strengths and I am looking to work more with such students. I think I can be very helpful to such a student as my method is a lot of encouragement and motivation at the same time being firm with them when needed.

I use a multi-sensory approach to teaching/play-way methods and work with reinforcers. The child leads the class and slowly shapes as per our requirements/needs. I have a stronghold in teaching Painting Theory for Secondary Level (NIOS) and also cater to the age group of 3-9 years for school readiness.
