I practiced at the GTI taekwondo club, my teaching method was an introduction to what taekwondo is, the history and culture of taekwondo and started to practice self-defense discipline. I am firm and not fierce in teaching but familiar after practice and familiar at the time of practice so that I don't get too tense during practice. Because martial arts training is not for injuring or bragging or making mental illnesses down but to develop self-defense and be able to protect yourself and others.
