I’m Gabriela, a certified Yoga Teacher and Radiantly Alive graduate with a passion for helping people discover the physical and mindful benefits of yoga.
I take the time to understand each student’s needs and goals, and I adapt my teaching accordingly while creating a positive environment where students can feel comfortable and confident.
My goal is to help you develop a consistent yoga practice while building greater strength, flexibility, body awareness, and presence. I approach every class with patience, professionalism, and genuine care for my students’ progress.

Hi, I’m Gabriela, a certified Yoga Teacher and Radiantly Alive graduate. I offer personalized yoga classes designed to help you build strength, flexibility, body awareness and a deeper connection with your breath.
My teaching approach combines mindful movement, breathing techniques and conscious awareness. I adapt each class to the student’s needs, experience and goals, creating a supportive and welcoming environment where you can progress at your own pace.
Each lesson is approximately 40/45 minutes and includes a combination of warm-up and mobility exercises, yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices and relaxation. I focus on proper alignment and mindful movement while encouraging students to listen to and respect their bodies.
My classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate students, and I welcome people of different ages and levels of experience. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, I will help you develop a practice that feels both challenging and enjoyable.
My goal is not only to teach you the physical practice of yoga, but also to help you feel more present, confident and connected to yourself.
