About Numra
Assalam o Alaikum, I am Numra Riaz, a Hafiza and Quran teacher with over 7 years of experience. I specialize in Tajweed and Noorani Qaida, teaching adult women and children with patience and care.
As a female Quran teacher, I create a calm, judgment-free space where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. My goal is simple: help you build confidence and connect with the Quran, one step at a time.

Assalam O Alykum, I'm Numra Riaz, a patient and supportive Quran teacher. I take a step-by-step, personalized approach based on each student's level, whether that's a complete beginner or someone correcting old habits, or a child just starting out. I break Tajweed and pronunciation (Makharij) into small, manageable pieces and build confidence through repetition and gentle correction, without rushing.
A Typical Lesson: We start with a quick recap of the last session, move into new material (Noorani Qaida, a Tajweed rule, or continued recitation), and I correct pronunciation in real time as the student reads. Each lesson ends with light revision homework to keep progress steady.
What Sets Me Apart: Many adults come to me feeling shy or embarrassed about restarting later in life. My lessons are calm, encouraging, and judgment-free, so students feel safe making mistakes while they learn, backed by 7+ years teaching both children and adult beginners.
Who This Is For: Adult women beginners or returning after years away and children learning Noorani Qaida, short Surahs, duas, and recitation. Especially suited for nervous first-timers and parents seeking a patient teacher for their child.
