About Qari Abdullah
Assalamu Alaikum! I am Ustadh Abdullah, a dedicated Qur’an and Arabic tutor committed to helping students learn with patience, clarity, and consistency. My lessons are personalized according to each student’s level, goals, age, and learning pace.
My teaching covers Qur’an recitation, Tajweed, Hifdh (memorization), Arabic reading and spelling, and Riwayah studies. I use a practical, interactive approach, combining explanation, demonstration, repetition, correction, revision, and regular assessment. I pay close attention to pronunciation and help students identify and correct mistakes while gradually building confidence and independence.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous work, followed by the main lesson and guided practice. For Hifdh students, we include new memorization together with revision of previously memorized portions. For Tajweed and recitation, I demonstrate the correct reading and allow the student to practice while I provide individual corrections.
What sets me apart is my patience, personalized attention, and commitment to steady improvement. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions, make corrections, and progress without feeling pressured.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to intermediate learners, whether they are starting Qur’an learning, improving their recitation, memorizing the Qur’an, strengthening Arabic reading and spelling, or developing their Riwayah knowledge. For Arabic specifically, I focus mainly on foundational and practical learning, rather than advanced academic or conversational Arabic.

Qari Abdullah is an excellent Qur’an teacher who I highly recommend. He is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his students’ progress.
