About Kriti
I’m a dedicated Food Scientist with over four years of experience in Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance, having worked with leading global companies like ITC and MARS. Currently based in the USA, I hold an M.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition and am deeply passionate about advancing food safety and improving global nutrition standards.
My journey in food science began with a desire to tackle the nutrition challenges I witnessed growing up in India, and it continues to drive my work today. I’m committed to making complex scientific concepts accessible and practical for my students, whether you’re interested in food safety protocols, nutrition, or regulatory landscapes.
