About Nana
I am a yoga studio owner who has been teaching yoga for 6 years, and practicing for 8 years. I teach yoga to beginners focusing on alignment and use of props, and creative flows with some challenge. My motto is to Explore, Re-Align, Re-Connect using the methods of Yoga. I offer Vinyasa flows, Beginners Hatha Yoga, and Chair yoga. I also offer customized private classes and group/corporate settings.

I believe in accessibility in yoga. My classes focus on a mixture of strengthening, flexibility, and balance, using props as assistance or to deepen our practice. I prefer laddering up methods, building up slowly into a challenge/peak pose. I teach a more mindful and alignment-based yoga, and encourage students to find sweetness and experience their versions of the pose in either challenging or simplest forms.
