About Lily
I'm an experienced yoga teacher who graduated from Yogasara in Bristol where I'm about to take a further 250hrs Advanced Teacher Training. I'm insured to teach and have a weekly class in the studio. I also teach corporate yoga in my office where I'm the chair of the wellbeing committee. I have a deep passion for movement and nature. I'm fascinated by our body's resilience and abilities, something I am always grateful for. Yoga offers a space to explore the interconnectedness of mind-body-spirit-nature and I love how the effects of this powerful practice eventually ripple in our day-today life, off the mat.
Yoga is so much more than a Vinyasa flow, but that's a great way to begin to listen, to pause, and pay attention.

I can tailor the class to you and your needs and support you in developing a self-practice.
A lesson is at least 45 min long up to 1h5 hrs, depending on needs. My classes touch upon yoga philosophy in an accessible way and we will move into postures mindfully, paying attention to the breath and finishing with deep relaxation.
I like to keep things playful and encourage my students to tap into their intuition whilst exploring the edges of their comfort zone in a safe space. I truly believe in the transformative effects of a regular practice and would love to help more people tap into their own wisdom.
