About Olivia
In love with life, I am French and have been living in London for 5 years, with a 6 months break in Hong-Kong last year to do my yoga teacher training at Anahata Yoga from the Heart.
I am starting to teach private lessons in London to beginners students who wish to discover a peaceful and relaxing practice following the Hatha Yoga influence I discovered in Hong-Kong.

The foundation of my courses lays on the Hatha yoga influence, but I love my lessons to be tailored to my student's need depending on the day or time of the year, complementing it with different influences and styles.
The good thing about private lessons is that it makes the practise very flexible: do you want to work on specific poses? Do you want to work on your core strength or get back to yoga after an injury? Do you want to lean towards the meditating aspects of yoga or do you like a more dynamic practise?
