About Nabanita
I am a primary school teacher with qualification in yoga,maths and science. I believe that to be able to focus and concentrate in studies one needs a calm and peaceful mind. So
I bring in a lot of yogic techniques in the classroom teaching to help children concentrate and learn better.

Hi all, my name is Nabanita. I have been conducting one hour online easy-to-do yoga sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays . No prior experience required. I have been conducting these sessions since April 2020. People are experiencing benefits out of my sessions. Numerous testimonials are there from people who attended regularly and felt the benefits.
