----1. Who are you?
Hi, My name is Dan and I'm a lead lecturer at college in the city of Manchester.
----What’s your background?
My main degree is in Games and Entertainment Design with 10 years of experience in Computing and Computer Science. Over the past 4 years I have taught online as a STEM teacher in Biology and Chemistry and am looking to expand to assist students who feel that they are struggling with Science studies at GCSE/AQA level.
I love offering fun, engaging and out of the box lessons with a humanistic, energetic approach.
---What do you teach?
Subjects include Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Film Studies and Animation. At GCSE to A level standard. (Animation being at master's level)
--Who do you help?
As mentioned, I like to help students who are struggling with GCSE level Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science the most, as the challenge makes it worth it when they get great grades! But I'm equally happy to assist anyone in their learning.

My techniques and teaching methods offer a range of skills, normally through presentations, discussions, quizzes, videos and diagrams. Using GCSE and AQA resources to ensure students are gaining the best education they can.
The typical length of a lesson is anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hr 30, with a 5/10 min break in between for longer lessons.
My qualifications stem back from years of experience in Computer Science, from GCSE to master's. Starting my training in Sciences as a trainee teacher. From there I have offered online courses across the world for 4 years, in STEM subjects as well as professional cartoons, animation and film studies, with results that make both students and parents proud of.
My lessons are for students age 10+ with adjustments for older students 16+. Additionally, I am happy to address groups of students if needs be.
