About Asgad
I believe that every student deserves to be taught in the way that suits them best, and it is my deep passion to support learners with unique needs. I am committed to helping students build confidence, develop a love for learning, and reach their full potential. I am a PGCE-i qualified teacher with a degree in Psychology, and over the past six years, I have worked closely with children of different ages and abilities, including those with learning difficulties such as dyscalculia, ADHD, and low working memory. I bring patience, understanding, and a structured, engaging approach to every lesson, ensuring each student feels supported, motivated, and successful.

My approach to tutoring is calm, supportive, and fully centred around the learner. Building a strong, trusting bond with each student is very important to me, as it helps them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. I take time to understand every student’s strengths, needs, and individual learning style, using clear, structured, and multisensory techniques to develop understanding, improve memory, and build confidence. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are interactive, encouraging, and carefully paced to ensure students feel motivated, comfortable, and successful throughout each session.
